Founder member of the SCRMC Adam Easton was unfortunately killed in an accident on Tuesday at the Isle of Man, during the Classic Manx Grand Prix. The accident occurred at the top of Glen Helen before the Cronk-Y-Voddy straight.
Adam enjoyed his racing, especially the Manx Grand Prix on which his race season was centred, the other big event of his year being the Bob Mac Two Day at East Fortune. On behalf of the rest of the club committee I would like to say that he will be much missed by the club and remembered as a quite man who epitomised what classic racing is all about.
